GYNECOLOGIC: Feels like a ball/lump in lower abodmen

I have had this sensation of feeling like a lump or ball is in my lower abdomen (about 2 inches below my navel, and 3 inches to the left of it).

It is not associated with pain and I don't feel it when standing but notice it when lying down (especially on my side) or when I kneel on one leg (putting pressure on my abdomen). It tends to come and go, in the sense that there are days when it feels "bigger" and other days when I barely notice it all.

I have always had a certain amount of constipation so that seem normal for my body, but over the last few months I have felt that my abdomen is larger than normal. Even with a moderate amount of exercise and watching of calories, I still have a 'poofy" stomach and a feeling of abdominal fullness (but not pain).

I am 44 years old, have 2 children and have never been diagnosed with gyn issues except for a uterine fibroid (also on the left side). This diagnosis was made many years ago but it has never caused problems.

Could it be ovarian cysts or an enlargement of the uterine fibroid? Or, just associated with constipation??

Thanks!
