Without an exam it's hard to say, but it sounds like this is a normal
result of having a marsupialization of your Bartholin gland. Sometimes
the opening the gynecologist makes on the inner labia heals in an
enlongated fashion. If there is no discharge or pain I generally
recommend not worrying about it. However, it would be easy for your
gynecologist or other women's healthcare clinician to take a quick look.
