It very well could be more adhesions. Did they leave your ovaries? I had the same trouble on my left side following a hysterectomy and laparoscopy for adhesions. The third time was a charm as my dr. removed my left ovary and tube which was being smashed against my pelvic wall by my colon. Great relief!
