Beth, I would wait to tell anybody unless you would like the support. I don't mean to scare you, but i went through IVF/ICSI three times. I was pregnant the first time and lost the 2 fetuses after 8.5 weeks. They had slow heartbeats and slow growth. I really hope that is NOT the case with you! I know how awful the "unknown" and the waiting is. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. In the mean time, just keep your spirits high. You never know. All of a sudden, the fetus could just take off growing like a weed. It's just too early yet. I would be more concerned about the heartbeat rather than the growth for now.

I hope this helps! Monica
