The symptoms you describe can be attributed to Endometriosis and adenomyosis. Your past history is unfortunate but at present I would suggest an ultrasound and MRI to determine the level of endometrial pathology, Even though I am against Hysterectomy accept as a last resort, this may be the case for you.
