Shenell-

I am not a medical professional; however, I wouldn't think that running or jumping would cause harm to your fetus. Unfortunately no one can tell you for certain whether your fetus is normal, time will tell, you won't know for sure until you deliver your baby.

Relax and enjoy your pregnancy. It will make you crazy if you worry about every little thing. Babies are pretty sturdy, hence the number who are born healthy to people of all walks of life and those who participate in unhealthy practices - which I doubt you have done.

Try to relax, eat well, take vitamins, drink plenty of water and get quality care from an OB or a CNM- that is about all you can do for the next 9 months.

Good luck
