HYSTERECTOMY: Sex uncomfortable for husband after my hysterectomy

I had a TAH BSO 7 weeks ago. My husband and had sex at the 5 week mark with no complications at all. I kind of restricted him from going too deep, as I was afraid it would hurt me. What we did do was enjoyable for both.

Today we tried to have sex again. After a few minutes, my husband stopped and said it was uncomfortable for him. He said it felt like something was blocking the head of his penis, and moving with it. Could this be the vaginal cuff? I'm very concerned that something hasn't healed properly and sex will never be enjoyable for him again.

As for me, it was not uncomfortable at all. So I am highly confused as to why he felt what he did.

Any insight?
