Tired We usually give the provera, it should stop or at least slow the bleeding, then you will rebleed within 2 weeks of finishing the provera. This should be a more normal menstrual like flow. Other options are a hysteroscopy with D&C to look inside and clean out the tissue...Dr. von Almen
