BREASTHEALTH: effect of birth control pill on young teenager's breast development

My 14 year old daughter (who got her 1st period at the age of 12) was prescribed the Yaz birth control pill for acne. If I am correct that her breasts are still not yet fully developed at this age, can her use of the birth control pill permanently stunt her breasts' growth and development? Since the Yaz would change the mix of hormones circulating in her body, would the necessary hormones for normal breast growth and development still be present so that her breasts grow to their full potential size?
