You might consider adding small amount of Estrogen to you regimen.
Estrogen
alone has been determined to be safe.(after Hysterectomy).Water exercise
and
weights should be helpful if done slowly. You need an endocrine
evaluation
of your Blood Calcium and Parathyroid function.
