PAINFULINTERCOURSE: Painful Intercourse

My boyfriend and I are in a long distance relationship and have sex frequently for about two days out of month.

The a week after the first time my boyfriend and I had sex I developed a burning/itchy feeling with discharge. My period came and the pain/itch and discharge disappeared. Then the next time we had sex, a week later I had burning. No discharge though. Then the next time I started burning immediately upon penetration. It didn't hurt if he stayed still once his penis was inside me, but the in and out motion burned. This burning stayed for a few days and then went away on its own. The last time we had sex the first time only burned a slight bit upon penetration. It hurt more and more each sequential time.

So I'm not sure what's causing this pain. He's not my first partner, and I've never hurt during intercourse before. I've always been safe about sex (only had one unprotected parter and that was a long term monogomous relationship where we were both tested). I thought that it might be a spermicidal allergy, but I still get the pain no matter what kind of lubricant we use. I'm always well lubricated and ready, so it's not that. Between seeing him I have masturbated using my fingers and they did not hurt at all. I also used a toy (about the size of my boyfriends penis) once and that did not hurt at all. So is it some sort of newly developed latex allergy? I've used latex condoms before and never had an issue but I'm running out of ideas.
