It is sometimes possible. If you are having pain, did it exist beforehand? In other words, if the Novasure was done for pain and heavy bleeding, it is possible that you have adenomyosis and that the Novasure would only have addressed the bleeding. Around 30% of people ultimately have hysterectomies after ablations.
