For a couple of years I have had a oval shaped lump the size of a small marple under the skin above my clitoris and a little to the left, it squishes around a bit but is attatched to something.. never really had any pain from it before, but the last year i get random sharp pains in it. You dont think this could possible be vulvar cancer since its in the same spot that it start? Im only 22 anyone have any ideas what this might be? Please Help!
