I felt period cramps during the missed periods but I didn't bleed. My female hormones are normal - FSH (6.12) and LH (5.71). I don't have, and never had, any symptoms associated with perimenopause (no night sweats, no sleeplessness, no headaches, no hot flashes). Could it still be menopause or peri-menopause or maybe something else?
