ADHESIONS: Ovarian cyst, possible adhesions, blood in stool?

Would an ovarian cyst or possible adhesions cause bright red blood in stool? I had a cystectomy last year on the left ovary and another small cyst was found again on the left a couple of months ago, but I also have a significant amount of pain on that side from what I can only imagine is scar tissue or possible adhesions (just based on the feeling that everything feels glued together on that side). I had a hysterectomy 6 months ago too, as well as endometriosis. I do notice a sort of "tearing" sensation in the left pelvis when I urinate or have a BM, but I've never had blood in the stools until a couple of days ago. It happened only the one time, however. Could this be caused by the cyst or adhesions? Thanks.
