COLPOSCOPY: could having multiple abnormal pap mean i have cancerous cells?

before my first pregnancy i had an abnormal pap and was required to undergo a colposcopy. after my first i had another abnormal pap and did another colposcopy. now after my second pregnancy i got another abnormal pap and have another appointment for a copolscopy.

i am really worried because this is the third time. is this serious? does this mean I have cancer.

after my first and second colposcopy i never got a followup from the doctors, which really upsets me. today i have an appointment with the medical records and they will give me my results.

i have been losing sleep for the past couple of days and worried that it might be cervical cancer. i have been going online researching of the possiblities, and they just scare me.

could having multiple abnormal pap and multiple copolscopy mean i have cancer? am i a candidate for the HPV test? i am 27 years old.

hope to get an answer or any comments...
