I am very sorry you are having so much pain. It sounds like adhesion
pain. Ovaries can become multicystic if they are encased in adhesions.
They can also be "obscured" if covered with adhesions. Please speak
with your gyn about this possiblility. The ONLY way to diagnose
adhesions is with a laproscopic surgery. The surgeon would then be able
to release the scar tissue and you should find some relief.
Hang in there and hope you feel better.
