Hi I have a question. I was wondering if anyone can help me with a concern about late breast development. I'm a 20 years old and I feel like I;m still not fully developed and I've had my period for a long time. My breast don't look full at all, or in other words they don't have the normal shape of breasts. Genetically all the women in my family have larger breasts. I sometime feel that I have breast pain and random itching, but I'm not sure if this meaning anything because I'm overly concentrating on wanting them to grow. Is it possible for someone in their 20s to continue growing? I know everyone develops differently, is it possible I'm just a late bloomer. I'm not hoping to have a large bust, I just want to look normal and i don't want plastic surgery. Please let me know. thank you.
