It is very likely the sonogram reflects the probability you have PCOS. Other tests cuch as blood testosterone and free T would be helpful. The cysts is probab;y benign and should resolve in 1-3 months. Size of the cyst is not very big..Common to see this.Repeat sono in 3-6 months. Best wishes, Dr.Futterweit
