CHRONICPAIN: Cystocele?? - help please

I have not been to my gynecologist to confirm this, but I have done a lot of research and I think I may have a Cystocele. I think this because my vagina seems like it's getting smaller and caving in. I have tried to do kegel exercises to help but it is not getting any better. I have put on a little weight after having my first child and thought it could just be a result of that, but after doing more research I think it's not. I had one child nearly a year ago and am wanting to have another one within a year or two. My question is, if I do have a cystocele, is it necessary to have it fixed before I have another child, or is there is a chance of it happening again if it is fixed? Any advice on what to do, what else it could be, or how serious a cystocele is?
