CHRONICPAIN: what is the benefit of birthcontrol pills for someone who's had tubal & novasure?

Novasure worked great --2 cycles no period. Pelvic pain is there. Doctor's disagree about my pain & treatment of it. I've had most tests, I am too young for a colonoscopy.

Family doc says -- see obgyn & get on the pill. Gastro doc just discharged me from his care -- he wants me back at obgyn Obgyn said novasure & tubal& the exploratory thing are done & there is nothing wrong.

Am I nuts?? I tell my self -- just live with the pain, but when I can't sleep or when feel it all day. I want to make an appointment with someone.

Can birth control help pelvic ache? If this is hormonal -- would there be a test? I don't know who I can turn too. I can't go to any of my doctors, each have pointed to someone else.

I know I've asked alot of questions to you folks, but I'm stuck

any thoughts? Diane
