Sitting in a bath is my suggestion for avoiding vaginal infections. I understand the admonitions of other gynecologists but I strongly disagree. It is a good idea to shower first get clean and then sit in a warm bath. Insert a little baby oil.(NO DETERGENTS) Having given you my approach I do suggest an exam to rule out any significant problem.
