The problem with your question is that we don't know the rational for the Hysterectomy or the size and number of your ovarian cysts. The Ovary is a dynamic organ and each month a follicle forms a small cysts which dissolves after the cycle is completed, therefore the reasons for cysts are multiple. Obviously more information is necessary to give you any answers.
