I do not know what you mean by an 'upside down uterus. That is an odd term. I suspect what is meant is a posterior tipped uterus instead of an upside down. Upside down would mean the cervix is at the top of the uterus, and I do not think that is what is meant. In most if not all cases, as the uterus grows, the cervix rights itself and things move along well. As you have already had several babies, you have shown you can give birth. It simply refers to how the uterus is tipped, forwards or backwards. Very common. Here are some pictures that might help you to understand. http://home.comcast.net/~webmidwife1/uterinepos.htm Who said the uterus was 'upside-down' ??
