This sounds suspiciously to me like HPV warts. You will need and exam to confirm it. They tend to cluster sometimes, and have a texture to them. If your doctors thought they were warts, did she give you some cream, or options for removal ? If they are getting larger, there are various options for removal. The timeline you describes sounds like a pretty common one for this condition, or at least I have seen it...a yeast infection, and then the warts appear.

HPV shows up in many different ways...on the cervix in the form of abnormal cells, and on the external genitalia as bumps or clusters of bumps. Treatments include freezing, laser removal and sometimes a cream. It just depends upon the extensiveness of them. Please call your gyn back and clarify that you think they might be warts and you need a further exam and some suggested treatments.
