You should give your dr's office a call and request that they answer these questions for you. Just because you don't go back till Thursday doesn't mean that you can't call.

Usually baby comes out when it is determined that it is better for the baby to be on the outside than on the inside. Do your kick counts every hour and be watchful of your symptoms. If you feel the least bit off, go back into l&d asap.
