I have heard alot about the link between HPV and throat cancer lately and I am worried. I have only been with my husband and we have only had oral sex a few times early in our relationship, a few years ago. Should I be concerned? What should I do? I have also read it is only certain types of HPV(mostly HPV-16) that causes throat cancer. Would my doctor have the type I have in her file?
