This is one of those questions where the only answer would be that you need to have a doctor exam you to find out what this 'mass' is and have it treated if necessary. It isn't a good idea to keep waiting because it may be something that needs treated asap! Don't be afraid to go to the doctor. The doctors are used to looking at 'masses', blood, etc.
