Re: HYSTERECTOMY: Hysterectomy and bladder repair

I've had the cystoscopy with a urethral dilation, but it did not help. The cystoscopy showed no outlet obstruction. A urodynamics tested was just completed which shows retention and spasms. The doctor can find nothing wrong. He is sending me for another opinion with a urogynecologist and wondering about a urethral lysis type procedure. Can you explain what this is? Do you have any other recommendations? I would like to know more of what to ask the urogynecologist. Thank you for your help.
