CHRONICPAIN: First cycle since novasure & tubal-- no bleeding just pain, obgyn or gastro?

this is my first cycle since novasure & tubal, my pain increased for 2 days. I went to my family doctor & asked if it's still possible to have menstrual cramps & pain, since being fixed & having an ablation. He said yes!

(During my follow up I had the regular dull ache & my obgyn said it's not a female issue it's got to be gastro. So i went to a gastro doctor & he put me on levsin, to "try it" He said I had so many tests all ready we'll try this -- my ache is easier to tolerate, but gets worse at bedtime. )

Family doc asked me to call my obgyn & ask to get me on birth control pills to regulate hormones & that should help the pain. If I have to take birth control then why did I have an ablation -- I could have just got on birth control in the first place. I'm really discusted. I asked my obgyn to talk to my family doc, I don't want to be the go betweeen, I'm not a doctor.

I need to have a follow up with my gastro doctor, It's possible for him to request a colonoscopy to see if that is where my pain is coming from. One doctor suggested anti depressants, but my family doc said he won't do that.

IF you have any suggestions at all, I'm lost, I just want my pain gone.

thanks D
