The first thing that comes to my mind is an STD. If I were you, I'd google for pictures of herpes sores, and make a comparison.

I have also had a zit in that region, once, so it's possible that could be the case.

The whitish, opaque fluid you saw was most likely cevical mucous. Cervical mucous is one of your body's natural ways of letting you know when you're most fertile. Cervical mucous' color, texture, and quantity will change throughout your cycle depending on how fertile you are.

Bottom line about the sore: if you're at all unsure, get to your doctor and get it checked out. If it's an STD, you need to know so that you can take appropriate action. Best of luck to you.
