Even with one ovary, eggs can be retrieved and then used for In Vitro Fertilization. Any developing embryos can be used for replacement into a women willing to carry the pregnancy. It is an involved and expensive process and success is dependent on a number of things, your age being most important. You should consult a physician experienced in the process and consider your options carefully.
