UROGYNECOLOGY: UTI, Cystitis?

I'm a 31yo female in good health. A few months ago I had what felt like a UTI, discomfort when urinating, like my bladder wasn't totally empty. We did a urinalysis which came back clean and my symptoms slowly went away. A few weeks ago, I got up in the middle of the night with this very strange feeling and urinated some blood and had some severe pain while urinating. Went back to the Dr, did another urinalysis and culture. My results did reveal an infection but not a full-blown one. I took the 3 days or so of Cipro. About a week after I started feeling discomfort in my bladder area, which has gotten progressively worse. I haven't had the pain with urination or blood but I have this very strange sensation in my pelvis..it's not pain, its more a feeling of irritation, both in my bladder and around my urethra and clitoris. That is the really bizzare part. I can't tell where the feeling is really originating from. It's almost a feeling of sexual arousal in the clitoral area mixed with a feeling of fullness or pressure in my bladder, to the point where I feel myself tensing up my muscles down there a lot. It's very irritating actually and I know it sounds very strange. My Dr ordered another urine test today and I know I wont get the results back for a few days. Does anyone have any input on what this could be? I'm staring to get scared actually. My Dr. has suggested cysitis but I don't know...I always fear the worst and am worryign a lot lately. Can anyone help? Should I see my obgyn or a urologist?
