Very sorry for your loss.

Doubtful the endo will come back within 3 months. Second trimester losses are a little different than first trimester losses. More hormone, uterine growth etc leads us to suggest waiting a little longer to try conceiving. I think 3 cycles is a pretty good suggestion. I just had a patient that lost a baby to an anomaly at 19 weeks and I gave her this same suggestion...Dr. von Almen
