The simple answer is yes.

If you have long cycles, depending on the time between them, it is possible that you ovulate irregularly or even not at all. If you are ovulating but have longer intervals, well, you have fewer cycles per year than average and thus have fewer opportunities to conceive.

There are good treatments available to make you ovulate more regularly should you need it, and thus your chances of conception would be increased.

All said, you need to see your gynecologist for an evaluation and plan of action, which will depend on many things.
