Please speak with a lactation consultant at the hospital where your twins were born or are currently being treated.

You MUST begin pumping every 2-3 hours with a high grade double electric pump to establish a good milk supply. Please ask the hospital about using one of their pumps. They are not expensive to rent and should be covered by your insurance or medicaid.

If are serious about establishing a milk supply you should consider the advice previously given to you on this site. Lactation, your pediatrician, the NICU staff or your gyn should be more than willing to help you.
