I think the recovery is different for each person, and you should judge it by how you feel. If you feel you need to take it easy it is better to be careful till your next doctor visit than to hurt yourself. I know when I had my UAE I recovered rather fast from it yet others I know took one to two more weeks to feel like doing more. Take care of yourself and if you have a question don't feel bad about asking your doctor!
