GENERAL: Does this sound right?

I was seen this morning in urgent care for severe lower left quadrant pelvic pain. They did a UA, which he said was normal except there was billirubin in my urine. When he pushed on the left side of my waist, the pain went down to the lower left side. He did a pelvic exam, it was very painful and when he tried to insert the speculum, it felt like he was pushing on the urethra. After he was done with that, he said the exam wasn't acute and he thought I probably had an ovarian cyst. He gave me a shot of toradol, a prescription for darvocet and sent me home. He told me he doesn't have much experience with women's health, so come back on Wednesday and he would have time to research things and decide what to do. My last period was January 18th, I have a history of endometriosis and ovarian cysts, no nausea or vomiting or diarrhea. I have had some chills & sweats. I'm kind of reluctant to go back on Wednesday. Unfortunately, the clinic I have been going to closed so I am without a physician at the current time. Are there any questions I need to ask? Do I have to let him do another exam. I'm not sure I want him to since the first one was so painful and then he told me he hasn't had much experience with women's health. I'm not really sure if this is the normal procedure or what I should be doing. I have only had a few pelvic exams and they are always somewhat painful, but not like this one and it never felt like they were pushing on my urethra with the speculum before. Is this a normal feeling?
