Dr. El-Minawi: "I can tell you we had a series of 978 cases which were
presented AAGL a couple of years ago, 80 cases of which were post-tubal
ligation syndrome, 60% of those had actual hemographic findings of
pelvic congestion, and among those 80 patients there were at least 30-40
patients with additional pathological findings including adenomyosis."
