However, I did have a miscarriage at 12 weeks last year and I didn't feel normal for six months. That may be very long in comparison with others but was I in such a rush to get back to "normal" I didn't realize how abnormal I felt. I cried everyday for months. The first few weeks after the d&c I used to have dreams in which I could hear a baby crying or that I had lost my baby somewhere. My advice is to give yourself time to grieve the loss of your baby and for your body to heal. I am truly sorry for your loss. I can still remember how awful those first few weeks were. But as cliched as it sounds, things will get better with time.
