If the CA125 is elevated then the suspicion of cancer is certainly elevated. Statistically, it is still more likely that this is benign. Given that scenario. I would suggest that she find someone who can do this sooner. A laproscopic exam with either removal of an ovary or a biopsy should be done in the next couple of weeks.
