CONCEIVING: question

My husband and I have been trying to conceive, and I recently found out that I have an inverted uterus. I have heard before that the best chances of conceiving are different positions to better the odds? Is there a certain position that would work better for us since my uterus is inverted? Also we have been trying to get pregnant for over a year and a half. My husband is due to see a urologist in March. Sorry if this is embarrassing I was just wondering. Thank you for your time.
