Why did he want to do a D & C and leep if he didn't take a biopsy when
he did a colop. That is usually done at a colpo. I guess I don't
understand why he wanted to do the d & C.
Yes, he can dismiss you. If you choose to not follow through with his
treatment plan. It is possible the pap was still reflective of post
birth, and a repeat in 3 months would seem more appropriate. It seems
very low risk, and what's the rush. Avoid intercourse and douching
before the test also, to avoid the abnormal results..... You certainly
are entitled to a second opinion. It is your body, and I would want to
avoid unnecessary tests.
