However I noticed it again at 6 months postpartum, and again at 1 year, both times silvernitrate applied. Now it's 18 months postpartum and I am experiencing slight pain and discomfort in the perineal area again... Could it be a reoccurrance of the tissue granulation? If so, how would you reccomend it be treated? Thank you.
