ENDOMETRIOSIS: In Jeopardy Of Loosing Only Ovary Left

I'm hoping someone may have some advice. I had a laparatomy(to remove lrg endometrioma) and was diagnosed with endo bk in January. Now I have another cysts growing on my only remaining right ovary. How can/what can I do to save this ovary? I don't want to go into menopause. I cannot take hormone replacemen due to migranes/visual migranes and there is a family history of cancers and heart disease. If I loose my only remnaining ovary is there something other than traditional hormone therapy? Thanks so Much!
