I do not know if the jury is in about leaving cervix in or out is
better. For me, it is about safer proceduer and less pain. But, you
have to go with the guy that brought you to the dance. If he does not
like the procedure, and is not comfortable with laparoscopy after
previous c-section, you need to understand his comfort zone and go from
