Hi Dr. von Almen,

I am doing the NSAID as you had suggested before and have been doing so religiously. I will also call the Dr. about increasing the Lexapro. I have also been doing the heating pad (Its actually a Thermophore Moist Heating Pad I use).

I will let you know of the results as soon as I have them.
