To start with, I would increase lexapro to 40, but call on call to check it out first. The pain could be from the retroperitoneal problem as that can lead to the midline pain you are having. Also, if you are not taking a NSAID, be sure you are taking one (2 aleve 3 times a day). That may help with the pain. And of course, do your heat pad to abdomen or back to help as well...Dr. von Almen
