ENDOMETRIALABLATION: Question about feeling of 'heaviness' after endometrial ablation..

Hi, I have written here before and decided to go through with a d/c and endometrial ablation for DUB. My DUB was easily controlled with birth control pills, but they trigger classic migraines so I can't take them.

My dr. has never suspected that I have fibroids.. none seen on the hysteroscopy or trans-vag US. One week ago, I had a d/c followed by the Novasure endometrial ablation. The procedure went well. I had pretty bad cramping after the pain meds wore off. I stayed in bed rest of day on Vicodin.

Next day was much better, but after being up and around the house, I had to lie down again.. some mild cramping.

Third day had no cramping, but a feeling of heaviness (like my uterus was gonna fall out!). I only had very mild spotting for maybe 4 days.

Next few days I felt back to normal, but had watery discharge, which I heard from other women is somewhat common. Then today, exactly one week after the procedure, I have the heaviness feeling again. No pain. I do not have a fever nor do I feel bad, just feels like my uterus is gonna fall out! My uterus also feels kinda hard when I press on it.

My dr. is closed the next few days or I would call her. IS this NORMAL??????

THanks,

Jazzy
