Re: MENOPAUSE: Thickened endometrial lining.... inducing a period with progesterone?

This will be day 5 of the progesterone to induce period. At this point,
doesn't it make sense to see if period comes? If it does, and lining
sheds, then a biopsy would not be needed, would it? Or do it anyhow?
I see your point, however, that this could have been ordered right away.
But being as I've been taking the progesterone..?
I'm not in a hurry to get back on estrogen unless I go back to horrible
sweats (Estroven is doing pretty well and just read about pycnogenol).
Tho I have osteopenia and osteoporosis in the family and can't take
Fosamax (muscle pain), so estrogen might be a good thing (no breast
cancer in family).
And I did have a thickened lining before taking estrogen once
